Good eye health is important for the healing process. be sure to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables for the month leading up to the Lasik surgery. Take vitamin supplements such as lutin and bilberry to strengthen eyes. Avoid any eye strain after the Lasik surgery and try to minimize eye strain before the surgery. Will I be able to see anything during the Lasik procedure? Yes, you will see the blinking light of the laser. What if I move during the Lasik operation? If you have to move your Lasik doctor can pause the laser and then resume when you are ready. It is best if you can stay very still. What If I blink during the Lasik operation?
